Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern purchases from Peptigram, operated by Electric Lotus s.r.o., Říční 456/10, Praha 1, 118 00, Czech Republic ("we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only.
Research use only
Products are not for human consumption, veterinary use, food use, cosmetic use or medical use. They are not medicines and have not been evaluated for any therapeutic purpose. We do not provide dosing, protocol or medical advice. You are responsible for handling the material safely and in line with all laws that apply to you.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and be ordering for lawful research purposes. By placing an order you confirm that you will use the products only for laboratory and analytical research and that importing and holding them is permitted where you live.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is concluded when we confirm shipment. We may refuse, cancel or refund orders that appear inconsistent with our research-use-only policy, legal requirements, fraud controls or product availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount.
Prices, accuracy and payment
Prices are shown in euro. Taxes, where they apply, and shipping costs are shown before you pay. We work to keep product, price and availability information current. If an error affects an order, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected item. Payment is processed by our payment providers through the Shopify checkout; we do not store full card details.
Delivery
Delivery times, carriers and conditions are described in our Shipping and returns page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
Returns, refunds and complaints
Returns and refunds are described in our Shipping and returns page. If a product is damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including rights under defective-goods rules, remain unaffected.

Product and guide content on this site summarises published research for information only. It is not medical advice and does not describe or suggest any use in humans or animals. Certificates of analysis refer to the specific batch named on the certificate.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and wherever mandatory law requires it. Otherwise our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract and to the value of the order. We are not responsible for misuse of products or for use contrary to these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, guides, graphics, logos and the peptide calculator, belongs to Electric Lotus s.r.o. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without written permission.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Consumers can bring disputes to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz) as the out-of-court dispute body.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
