Processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days once stock and payment verification are complete. Orders with priority shipping are placed first in the dispatch queue.

Delivery

Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your address. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, holidays, address errors and carrier delays can affect arrival time. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes and permits that apply in your country.

Cold and sensitive material

Products are shipped as dry lyophilised powder in sealed vials, which tolerates transport at ambient temperature for a few days. Products marked with a cold-storage notice on the product page should be refrigerated on arrival. Store received material according to the product label and certificate of analysis guidance.

Priority shipping and protection

For a small fee you can add priority shipping and shipping protection to your order. If a parcel with this service is lost or arrives damaged in transit, we send a replacement at no cost. The service is added once per order.
