Refund policy

Because these are research materials, returns are limited to protect product integrity and chain of custody. This policy applies to orders from Peptigram, operated by Electric Lotus s.r.o..

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and the product. We review each case and resolve it with a replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the situation.

Unopened products

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, provided the sealed packaging has not been broken. Contact us through the contact form within that period, then send the sealed product back. The return shipping cost is borne by you unless the return is due to our error.

Opened products

Opened, used, tampered or improperly stored research materials cannot be returned. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene are excluded from withdrawal once the seal has been broken.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Bank processing times vary.

Service items

Priority shipping and shipping protection is a service and is refunded only if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
